Engagements
Project work is governed by a written Statement of Work (SoW) that defines scope, deliverables, schedule, and pricing. Care plans (Starter, Growth, Business) are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Agency Support engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement.
Hosting
We run our managed hosting on AWS infrastructure with daily backups and 24/7 monitoring. We aim for 99.9% uptime (about 8h45m of downtime per year). When we miss it, we tell you directly; we don't hide behind status pages.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement is confidential. We don't share client work as case studies without explicit written consent. Code we write for you is yours; libraries we maintain remain ours.
Liability
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the issue. We carry professional indemnity insurance; certificates available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European jurisdiction in which Biro Works is registered (final jurisdiction subject to counsel review). Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
