§ AI INTEGRATION

AI integration, with guardrails.

Three fixed offers for the "can we add AI to this" request, each with a person approving what goes out.

All prices in USD. Every offer has a scope you sign off and a bound on what is included.

§ 01 · THE OFFERS

Three fixed offers.

A01

Lead intake that sorts itself

$2,400 · $79/month to run

Live within two weeks of access

Your client's contact form gets more junk than leads, and someone reads all of it. We replace that with the intake Biro runs on its own site: a bot check at the door, free filters that catch the obvious harvesters, and a model that reads the borderline ones. Genuine enquiries land in the inbox or CRM you already use. Everything else waits in a quarantine list you can review in a minute a week.

INCLUDES

  • Bot check on the form, verified server-side
  • Filters for datacenter IPs, disposable domains, and company and email mismatches
  • Model triage on borderline submissions, resistant to prompt injection
  • Genuine leads routed to one inbox, CRM, or Slack channel
  • Quarantine list with one-click requeue
  • Daily model spend cap and a monthly summary

BOUNDS

  • One form and one destination per setup. Additional forms $600 each.
  • The monthly fee covers monitoring, the quarantine list, and model usage up to 2,000 submissions a month. Above that we re-quote before anything changes.

A02

One workflow, connected to a model

$6,500 · $199/month to run

Three weeks from a signed scope memo

Pick one process the business does by hand: sorting an inbox, drafting the first reply, pulling data out of PDFs, tagging orders, turning a form into a document. We connect it to a model with the guardrails that make it safe to leave running. A person approves anything before it's sent or changed, spend is capped per day, every decision is logged, and the model never invents a price, a link, or a promise.

INCLUDES

  • A scoping call and a one-page scope memo you sign off
  • The integration, built on the systems already in use
  • Approval gate: nothing goes out or gets written without a yes
  • Daily spend cap and an alert when it trips
  • A test set of 30 real examples, run before launch and after every change
  • A decision log a non-engineer can read, and a 30-day adjustment window

BOUNDS

  • One workflow, two systems. A second workflow is a second engagement.
  • The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, the log, and model usage up to 3,000 runs a month. Above that we re-quote.
  • Customer-facing chatbots aren't part of this offer. They get their own scope.

A03

Fleet rescue

$3,500

Findings within ten business days of access

The previous developer left, and nobody knows which of the inherited sites is one plugin update away from going down. We review the lot, fix the three most urgent problems, and hand you a plan that says which sites to move, which to leave, and what each one costs to keep alive.

INCLUDES

  • Inventory of every site: hosting, PHP version, plugins, last backup, SSL expiry, dead forms
  • Risk ranking, with the three most urgent fixes done during the review
  • Access recovery for registrars, hosts, and DNS, on a screen-share
  • A written plan per site: keep, move, or retire, with a fixed price for each move

BOUNDS

  • Covers up to ten sites. From the eleventh, $200 per site.
  • The urgent fixes are bounded at four developer hours in total. Anything larger goes on the plan with its own price.
  • Moves are billed as Hosting Takeovers, per site.
§ 02 · THE GUARDRAILS

What every AI project comes with.

  • Approval before action

Nothing is sent and no record is changed by a model until a person says yes.

  • A daily spend cap

Set with you before launch. It never gets exceeded, and an alert fires when it trips.

  • A readable log

Every model decision is recorded in a log a non-engineer can read.

  • A test set from real data

Real examples from the business, run before launch and again after every change.

We run it on ourselves.

The contact form on this site goes through the same intake we sell: a bot check, free filters, a model on the borderline cases, and a quarantine list. Replies to new enquiries are drafted by a model and held for approval before they go out.

§ 03 · QUESTIONS

AI questions.

Do you build chatbots?
Not under the AI integration offers. Those cover intake, one internal workflow, and fleet rescue. A customer-facing chatbot needs its own scope, and we'll quote it separately.
What happens when the model gets it wrong?
Nothing goes out or gets changed without a person approving it, and every decision is logged. When the model gets one wrong, you see it in the log, and the example joins the test set so it doesn't happen twice.
Which model do you use?
The one that fits the job, from providers whose commercial terms don't allow training on customer data. We name them on request.
Can an agency resell these?
Yes, under your brand. The first engagement is at list price. After that, the reseller agreement takes 30% off, and 50% at volume, including the monthly fees.
